EPIC WWE FLASHBACK: When Chris Jericho took off Rey Mysterio's mask to reveal his identity!

New Delhi: Sometimes in sporting events, several celebrities from the entertainment world try to hide their identity by wearing a mask. But some people just do it to look different from other superstars.

Whenever there is a mention of a superstar wearing a mask, one of the names which immediately comes to mind is of Rey Mysterio.

Mysterio was a part of World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) from July 2002 until February 2015. He was known for his high-flying abilites in the ring. Although he was just 5ft 6inches tall, not as tall as other WWE superstars, it never proved to be a disadvantage for him over other wrestlers. Instead, he used it to his advantage and was very swift, agile in the ring compared to others.

But some superstars were never happy with others wearing masks to hide their identity. Chris Jericho was one of them. He was obsessed about removing Rey's mask to reveal his identity to the entire WWE fraternity. Rey was Intercontinental Champion at that time, so Jericho wanted a title match against him.

Chris got his wish full-filled at WWE-Extreme Rules Pay Per View in a no holds-barred match. Before the match, he promised that he will unmask Rey and also win the title for the 9th time.

So, did he defeat Rey or got hit by 619 (Myestrio's Finishing Move), or Jericho hit the Walls Of Jericho?
