Wenger resigned to losing Aaron Ramsey, Mikel Arteta

London: Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger said Aaron Ramsey and Mikel Arteta had "no chance" of facing Galatasaray in the Champions League after injuring themselves in Saturday`s 1-1 draw with Tottenham Hotspur.

The two midfielders were both forced to leave the fray during the first half of the Premier League game at the Emirates Stadium after apparently sustaining muscular injuries.

Arsenal host Galatasaray in their second Champions League Group D game on Wednesday and Wenger was not optimistic when asked about the pair`s chances of featuring against the Turkish giants.

"No chance," the Frenchman told Sky Sports. "If it is a muscular problem, I don`t see how they can be fit in five or six days` time."
