New Delhi: Veteran Indian spinner Harbhajan Singh landed himself into a huge controversy after he slapped S Sreesanth after one of the matches in the Indian Premier League.

The incident happened after one of the matches between Mumbai Indians and Kings XI Punjab where the Punjab off-spinner slapped S Sreesanth.

Speaking to India TV during Aap Ki Adalat show, the offie said that he was apologetic about the incident and he shouldn't have done so.

"Usne nautanki bahot kar di actually. Wo meri galti thi jo harkat ki maine ground pe, I have said in many interviews that there are many things which I have done wrong in my life and I have learnt from them. That incident with Sreesanth is one where I was wrong. I am emabarrased about it as well. But he started crying as if I had slapped him very hard. That was not the case. But that was one incident where everybody will say that I was wrong. I will say again that I am sorry and I shouldn't have done it," Harbhajan said.
