New Delhi: Gujarat Lions' all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja had earlier said that facing MS Dhoni's Rising Pune Supergiants was like a practice game.

With so many Chennai Super Kings players in the Rajkot and Pune franchises, Jaddu's remark wasn't off the mark.

Suresh Raina, Dwayne Bravo, Brendon McCullum, Dwayne Smith, Ravichandran Ashwin, Faf du Plessis, Jadeja and Dhoni were all part of the most successful T20 franchise in world cricket before the two-year suspension.

Needless to say, all these players shared great friendships and continue to enjoy each other's company whenever they meet or play against one another.

A similar sight was witnessed on Friday when Dhoni faced a delivery from Bravo.

The all-rounder's ball hit Dhoni's chest, as he tried to sweep it. Mahi tried to run, but Bravo was quick off the blocks to collect the ball and prevent the single.

Bravo also indulged in a bit of banter with his former skipper as the two had a 'face-off' near the crease.

Here is the incident that ended with a smile on the faces of both players.
