New Delhi: Nothing seems to gave gone right for Kings XI Punjab in the ongoing season of the Indian Premier League.
From switching captains midway to an alleged bust up between co-owner Preity Zinta and coach Sanjay Bangar, the KXIP franchise is in a complete mess at the moment.
To make matters worse, a report in Deccan Chronicle has claimed that star batsman Shaun Marsh was sent back home not due to an injury but for a brawl with a teammate.
The left-hander is alleged to have punched a teammate in the dressing room. The media was informed that Marsh had suffered a back injury and would be heading home.
The report further added that Marsh was the aggressor and threw the first punch.
On Friday however, Marsh's KXIP teammates Glenn Maxwell and Mitchell Johnson came to his defense and rubbished the media reports.
