New Delhi: India Red were bowled out for 161 by India Green on Day 1 of the new-look Duleep Trophy.
Skipper Yuvraj Singh flopped, scoring just 4 runs. The star left-hander was dismissed by Ankit Rajpoot.
The right-arm pacer also bagged the wicket of another India hopeful Gurkeerat Singh. The Punjab all-rounder scored a duck.
Abhinav Mukund top scored for the batting side with 77. He was bowled by Pragyan Ojha.
Star of the show on Day 1 was India Green bowler Sandeep Sharma who picked up four wickets.
Apart from Yuvraj Singh, Suresh Raina too is playing in this tournament.
Both the southpaws need to make an impact in the Duleep Trophy in order to knock on Team India's door.
