Northern Districts have lost another wicket in the last three overs. This time Doherty got the better of Kuggeleijn in the 14th over, who just came to the crease. Southee has joined Styris in the middle. And off the fifth ball Southee launched the slow bowler for a six straight over his head to collect eight runs in the over. Ben Laughlin has been handed over the ball for the first time in the 11th over of the match and he leaked ten runs off it. However, in the next over, Xavier Doherty picked up his first wicket in the form of Daryl Mitchell. The batsman came down the wicket to charge the spinner but missed the line and completely and wicketkeeper did the rest. And mind it, it's a wicket maiden over. So half of the Northern Districts team is back in the hut and they still need 120 runs in last eight overs to seal the match.

Hello and Welcome to our live coverage of Champions League Twenty20.

Tonight, New Zealand-outfit Northern Districts will be up against the Australian-based club Hobart Hurricanes in the Group B encounter at Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh International Stadium, Raipur.

If Districts will look to continue their winning momentum in the match, then, upbeat Hobart Hurricanes too would love to continue with their winning momentum.

It will also be a battle between Northern's Kane Williamson, whose copybook skills will be pitted against unorthodox pyrotechnics from Hurricanes' Aiden Blizzard.

Blizzard had single-handedly pulled off a spectacular win for his side against Cape Cobras, yesterday.

On paper, the Kiwi outfit will have an advantage of sorts as this will be their fifth match at the Shaheed Veer Narayan Stadium in Chattisgarh's state capital.

Williamson is enjoying his best form in T20 cricket with a tally of 220 runs from games which includes a classy hundred apart from two half centuries.

While for Hurricanes, it's a must-win game, a victory for Northerns would help them take a giant leap towards the last four berth.
