Ahead of next year's assembly polls, DMK treasurer MK Stalin on Sunday launched a mobile application to connect better with young tech-savy voters and also sought their inputs to develop Tamil Nadu.

Chennai: Ahead of next year's assembly polls, DMK treasurer MK Stalin on Sunday launched a mobile application to connect better with young tech-savy voters and also sought their inputs to develop Tamil Nadu.

"I am launching the MK Stalin mobile application to stay connected with you," he said in a Facebook post.

"This mobile app is available for Android iOS and Windows and it allows you to interact with me and bring to my attention issues that are of importance in your constituencies and in the state," he said.

Seeking inputs from voters, reminiscent fo PM Modi's style, Stalin said, "I also look forward to hearing your ideas and suggestions for development of Tamil Nadu."

"You can now stay updated with the latest news through notifications and also be intimated of my speeches, comments and press releases on important subjects. I also invite all of you to join our cause by becoming a volunteer through the app."

The app has a dedicated feature for residents of his constituency Kolathur to raise local issues and provide suggestions for use of the MLA Fund.

"I request everyone to download the app, use its various features to reach out and stay in touch with me. I am listening," he said.
