Goods worth over Rs 1.01 cr traded across LoC in Poonch

Goods worth over Rs 1.01 crore were traded across the Line of Control (LoC) on Tuesday between Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir (PoK) and Jammu and Kashmir at Chakan-Da-Bagh crossing point in Poonch, officials said.

Poonch: Goods worth over Rs 1.01 crore were traded across the Line of Control (LoC) on Tuesday between Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir (PoK) and Jammu and Kashmir at Chakan-Da-Bagh crossing point in Poonch, officials said.

As many as 11 trucks rolled out from the Trade Facilitation Centre (TFC) to PoK, officials said. The trucks carried bags of Zeera, Banana, herbs worth Rs 70,93,880.

From PoK, 5 trucks carrying bags of apples, herbs and Anardana worth Rs 30,44,600 entered India, officials said.

Officials from both sides monitored transportation of these goods twice during the day.
