New Delhi: Research and Analysis Wing (RAW), the primary foreign intelligence agency of India, has alerted that the Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) might be involved in planning terror activities againt India.

The intelligence agency informed that a terror outfit member was recruited by the international airline carrier in its Karachi office.

An Enforcement Directorate notice was also issued to PIA to “dispose of” its properties in Delhi's Connaught Place as their purchase was “unauthorised.”

RAW, which was created after the Sino-Indian War 1962 and Indo-Pakistani War of 1965, primarily functions in gathering foreign intelligence and counter-terrorism.
