Raipur: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Raman Singh on Wednesday congratulated Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his address to United States Congress.
The Chhattisgarh CM further compared Modi's address with Swami Vivekananda's speech at World Parliament of Religion in 1893.

On Wednesday, the PM in his historical address at the joint session of the US Congress at Capitol Hill lauded the bonds between the two nations, saying freedom and liberty were the key elements that strengthened ties between them.
In an address peppered with applauses and standing ovations, the PM added that both the countries had overcome the hesitations of history.
