Amit Shah makes changes in states BJP units; gives Maharashtra to Nadda, Delhi to Prabhat Jha

After being commended for making the BJP a single largest party in Maharashtra and for its landslide victory in Haryana, the party president Amit Shah on Tuesday geared up to recreate the same magic in other states by making some changes in party's states units.

New Delhi: After being commended for making the BJP a single largest party in Maharashtra and for its landslide victory in Haryana, the party president Amit Shah on Tuesday geared up to recreate the same magic in other states by making some changes in party's states units.

Shah, today, released the list of BJP's states in-charges who will be taking up the task to propagate the party's ideology.

According to the list, while JP Nadda has been appointed as in-charge of Maharashtra and Andhra pradesh, Prabhat Jha will look after BJP's affair in Delhi.

For Bihar and Uttar Pradesh, Bhupender Yadav and Om Prakash Mathur have been appointed as state in-charge.

Furthermore, BJP leader Rajiv Pratap Rudy has been made in-charge of Tamil Nadu and Siddharth Nath Singh will head West Bengal.

Jammu and Kashmir, which will be going to polls sooner or later, will have Avinash Rai Khanna as its BJP in-charge.

For Himachal Pradesh and Jharkhand, Shrikant Sharma and TS Rawat have been chosen.

Poonam Mahajan is the incharge in Dadra and Nagar Haveli along with Daman and Diu.

After winning Maharshtra and Haryana Assembly elections, Shah had said that Modi tsunami still exists and is in full force.
