Will fulfill Hisar's needs in next one year: Dr Subhash Chandra

The Bharatiya Janata Party is on course to forming its first government in Haryana.

Hisar: The Bharatiya Janata Party was on Sunday headed for a clean sweep in Haryana Assembly polls.

BJP's Dr Kamal Gupta comfortably beat his rival candidates, including Congress' Savitri Jindal and Haryana Janhit Congress' Gautam Sardana, in Hisar.

Dr Subhash Chandra, Chairman, Essel Group, who had campaigned extensively for the BJP candidate in his native place Hisar, today said the BJP will implement what it had promised in its manifesto.

“We will fulfill Hisar's needs in the next one year,” Dr Chandra told reporters, flanked by Dr Kamal Gupta.

The people of Hisar had decided in advance that they will vote for the pro-development BJP, he added.

“This is the victory of BJP's policies and ideology. We thank the people of Hisar for voting for the BJP candidate,” he said.

“We will work together – mil kar chalenge, mil kar aage badenge,” he promised further.
