Shafiq was referring to the suicide of two teenage girls in Rohtak – Nikita Duhan (17) and Madhu (16) – after they were repeatedly harassed and stalked by a group of youths.

They followed the girls from their home to coaching institute and back.

Fed up of the continuous harassment, the two girls drank mango drinks laced with poison at their coaching institute.
