New Delhi: Director General (DG) of The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI), accused of sexual harassment, is likely to be produced before court on Monday.
Pachauri has been accused of sexual harassment by a research associate working in his office last week.
A 33-page complaint was registered against him by the woman at the Lodhi Road Police Station on February 13.
He has been provided interim protection by the Delhi High court till today.
The mobile and laptop of the 75-year-old, which were submitted by him, will be sent for forensic analysis.
Even the victim has been asked to submit her mobile and laptop which allegedly has the emails and messages sent by Pachauri.
