Delhi: Addressing a rally in Delhi's Munirka, Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley took on both Aam Aadmi Party and Congress and asked people to decide as to what kind government they wanted.

“For 10 years Congress gave a corrupt government to the nation. It has been reduced to 4th, 5th spot in a lot of places,” he said, adding, “A new party which claims to be a symbol of honesty, is a representation of lawlessness,” as per ANI.

Further taking on Arvind Kejriwal-led AAP he said, “They have no economic policies, no administrative experience.”

On Kejriwal's dare to Jaitley to arrest him if his party had received money through fraudulent means, the Finance Minister said that the matter is first investigated by income tax authorities.

The BJP leader praised the good work done by his government in the last several months and said, “In the last almost 8 months we haven't raised any taxes.”

“Which PM has expressed concern over the security of women from the ramparts of Red Fort, PM Modi did,” he added.

Jaitley told the gathering, “This is the situation, now you have to analyse whose government do you want in Delhi.”

Assembly elections are to be held in Delhi on February 07 and counting of votes is to be done on February 09.
