Raipur: The Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE), Raipur, declared the results of the Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination 2016 or Class 12 results on Thursday at around 10.30 am.
The results were declared on the following official websites: cgbse.net, results.cg.nic.in and cgbse.nic.in.
The Board has released a tentative merit list of top 10 students.
Shubham Bakshi, of Saraswati SMHS School, Rajkishor Nagar, Bilaspur, has topped with 97.60 percent marks. He scored 488 marks out of the total 500.
Sudhanshu Tiwari came in second with 97 percent or 485 marks. He is from Career Point World School, Bilaspur.
Rantidev Rathore, of Sarswati Shishu Mandir HS School, Naila Janjgir, also finished second with 97 percent.
Third rank was bagged by a girl - Shriya Shukla of JR Dani Govt Girls HS School, Raipur, scored 479 marks or 95.80 percent.
Ayush Pandey of Saraswati HS School, Korba, and Gaurav Dewangan of Govt HS School, Adawal, Bastar, also claimed the third rank.
