Raipur: Narodha Malni, the Pakistani Hindu girl who recently hogged the limelight for chanting Gayatri Mantra before Pak Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, has said that the appointment of Yogi Adityanath as Chief Minister would be good for Uttar Pradesh.

Narodha, who was in Raipur (India) to attend a religious programme, said the moment she crossed the Wagah border and entered into India, she came to know about the appointment of Yogi Adityanath as UP's new CM, reported Aaj Tak.

The Karachi girl had sung Gayatri Mantra at a Holi festival on March 15, which was attended by Pakistani PM Nawaz Sharif. The video has gone viral on social media.

Talking about it, Malni said the recitation of the highly revered mantra brought inner peace to Sharif.

 

The Pakistani PM was in another world while listening to the mantra, added Malni.

As far as her trip was concerned, the Pakistani girl said she liked India very much.
