New Delhi: In a bizarre case, a taxi driver has been accused of raping a puppy to death in the national capital.
Naresh Kumar, who reportedly hails from the Naraina area, had boasted about what he had done.
A post-mortem has confirmed the rape and the subsequent death due to “excessive bleeding and shock”, India Today reported.
The 34-year-old accused was reportedly under the influence of alcohol when the incident took place on August 25.
He allegedly grabbed the puppy, raped her and left it bleeding.
Kumar later confessed to his neighbours about the incident.
The accused reportedly took help of his brother to dispose of the body near the Naraina Industrial area.
The Naraina Police have lodged an FIR against the accused.
