New Delhi: Indian captain Virat Kohli surprised everyone on Saturday by carrying the drinks for for his team-mates in Dharamsala.

Kohli, 28, failed to gain match fitness and sat out of the series finale against Australia.

After first hour's play, a jovial looking Kohli walked out with the drinks. He, however, didn't waste the opportunity, and was seen given pep talk to his team.

In his absence, Ajinkya Rahane is leading the team. Earlier, Aussie captain Steve Smith won the toss once again, and opted to bat first, once again.

Umesh Yadav removed Matt Renshaw early, but Smith and opener David Warner took control with some brilliant display.

Yes, it could have been two down for the visitors had Karun Nair hold onto a regulation catch offered by Warner at second slip off the very first ball of the match.
