Stuart broad puts '6 sixes' behind to attend Yuvraj Singh – Hazel Keech pre-wedding celebration

New Delhi: Whenever the name of English fast bowler Stuart Broad comes up, the first thing that pops up in Indian cricket fans' mind is Yuvraj Singh hitting him for 6 sixes in 2007 T20 World Cup.

The England team is present in India for a 5-match Test series, it was expected that the visitors will be attending Yuvi's pre-wedding bash, scheduled on November 29.

The name of Stuart Broad were on the fans' lips as soon as they came to know of England team's plans of attending the wedding functions.

Few days before the marriage, the famous ‘Barmy Army’ from England expressed their wish of seeing the star bowler dance at Yuvraj’s wedding.

With cricket being a gentelman's game, how was it possible for Broad to snub such a grand wedding ceremony.

The English bowler stole the show as soon as he walked in to attend the wedding, all the focus shifted on him.

Broad's maturity should be lauded, as he put the on-field matters aside to be present for Yuvraj's pre-wedding bash along with the Indian team including skipper Virat Kohli.

Yuvraj had demolished Stuart Broad, slamming him for six consecutive sixes in the inaugural World T20 in 2007 at Kingsmead, Durban. It was overall, the fourth time cricket history but the first in International T20 when a a bowler was hit for 6 sixes in an over.

Yuvraj Singh tied the knot with model-turned-actress Hazel Keech on November 30, at the Dera of Baba Ram Singh at a Gurudwara, which is around 40 kms from capital Chandigarh.
