New Delhi: Australian spinner Steve O'Keefe produced an unexpectedly glorious performance on second day of 1st Test between India and Australia after picking up 6/35 in the first innings. O'Keefe's performance and Australia's dominance in India got Shane Warne poke Michael Vaughan on Twitter.

Before the Aussies and Bangladesh toured India, Virat Kohli's men handed a massive 4-0 hammering to England, with the series defeat considered as one of the prime reason's behind English captain Alastair Cook's decision to step down.

Australia's dominant performance against India in Pune got Warne in the trolling mood but he didn't expect the ex-England great to hit back with a brilliant comeback.

Here's how the Twitter conversation went:-

What an amazing day here in Pune. Great cricket to watch & congrats to SOK who found his mojo after switching ends - awesome !

.@MichaelVaughan You're very quiet !!!!

.@MichaelVaughan Ps How bad were your boys over here ? This must be hurting to watch the Aussies dominate hahah

I just wished the Aussies would have taken your advice and not played Okeefe ... !!!!!!!

Please Please @CricketAus make @ShaneWarne a Selector.... It could be our only way of retaining the Ashes this winter ... #Cheers
