Most important to me which is No 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, is ‘less is more’. Do that one thing which resonates most deeply… which means focus. I do not do too many things and recently I told a whole bunch of people that I do not participate in other group companies, CII meetings or events like the Davos summit. Don’t spread yourself too thin. So many people are running around like headless chicken, which creates stress.
You must focus on good ideas which are scientific and logical and not anecdotes or superficial things.
Always surround yourself with good people since you cannot do everything yourself. Otherwise, you will be stressed if you have the wrong people around. Whether wrong means incompetent, unintelligent or whatever is up to you.
Your diet is definitely very important. You are what you eat. Eat less and as somebody said, 25 per cent of what you eat keeps you alive and 75 per cent of what you eat keeps your doctor alive. If possible, eat only once a day and all this talk about six meals does not work. Intermittent fasting is a wonderful thing too and that is a whole story by itself.
Some kind of exercise or activity is also important for the family whether it is a sport or hobby be it yoga, homoeopathy, bird watching, photography and what have you.
