The Singareni Collieries Co Ltd has received Performance Excellence Award from Indian Institution of Industrial Engineering for the financial year 2015-16.
J. Pavithran Kumar, Director (Finance), SCCL received the award on behalf of Singareni at the 20th CEOs Conference of IIIE held at Nagpur June 24.
R.H. Khwaja, former CMD of SCCL presented the award to SCCL for achieving 15 per cent growth during the financial year 2015-16 and for the excellent performance in coal despatches, according to a statement.
