S&S Green Projects is expanding its residential housing project in the IT hub of Gachibowli and setting up a luxury villa housing venture in Hyderabad, while taking up another project in Vijayawada.
Vijaya Sai M, Managing Director of S&S Green Projects, said, “The realty market in Hyderabad has begun to look up after several years of subdued phase. The bookings have gone up by about 15 per cent during the year. The prices, which were relatively stable, are also looking up.”
The phase one and two of Green Grace are in the process of completion and the third phase is expected to be ready by next year end. Buyers can take advantage of lower interest rate and relatively lower pricing as the latter is unlikely to last for too long, he said.
Apart from Green Grace, the company is developing a luxury villa housing project close to the IT hub. Each villa of about 3,800 sq ft is being developed on a 400 sq yards plot and expected to be completed by the year end.
Recently, the company has taken up a housing apartment venture in Vijayawada and expects the demand for housing to go up once the new capital city of Amaravati is developed. This project will have 175 apartments, he said.
“All our buildings are developed conforming to Indian Green Building Council norms,” he said.
