Dharani Developers Private Limited, a division of PGP Group of companies, has launched a premium residential community, PGP Oaks, in Chennai.
The gated community in Ashok Nagar will have 112 luxury apartments built in an area of 1.20 lakh sq ft with the budget of ₹100 crores. The community will comprise of 72 two-Bedroom, Hall and Kitchen (BHK) and 40 three-BHK houses.
The homes are available from ₹75 lakhs for a two-bedroom flat. The project, which is already under construction, is expected to be completed in 18 months.
The apartments offer facilities like swimming pool, gymnasium, landscaped garden with jogging track, recreation area with indoor games, multipurpose hall and herbal garden.
Palani G Periasamy, Chairman, PGP Group, said, though the real estate market for residential buildings is down, the location’s proximity to schools, hospitals and transport facilities will play an important role when buying a house.
The current pricing, which is only introductory, will increase based on the demand, he added.
The proposed apartment is close to Ashok Nagar and Ekkaduthangal stations of Alandur-Koyembedu metro line. Other projects of Dharani Developers are PGP Village with 182 luxury apartments in Coimbatore and PGP Manor in Kilpauk, Chennai.
