CommonFloor, a real estate portal, has introduced ‘Home Buying VideoTutorials’.
Vikas Malpani, Co-Founder, CommonFloor and Head of CommonFloor Groups, said the video series has been essentially created to demystify the home buying exercise and provide them with practical and simple advice on a host of issues encountered during the property purchase cycle.
According to Malpani, “We understand that home buying is one of the biggest emotional and financial decisions of one’s life. So it is imperative to make sure it is done wisely as there are so many things to take into account when you buy a home.”
“In today’s digital era, where most buyers turn to the web for guidance, we realised that infotainment is a way forward for wider outreach. This observation drove us to develop this video series related to the entire home-buying process and thereafter to be a responsible home owner,” he explained.
