Kochi-based Caspian Techparks India has signed an MoU with Nanma, an Eastern group company, to develop 5.5 lakh sq ft non-SEZ property at Infopark Kochi. The project is expected to generate 3,500 jobs and phase I is expected to be completed by December 2017, said Thomas Chacko Mukkadan, Managing Director, Caspian Techparks. The 12-storeyed property will cater to IT and ITeS companies planning to set up or upgrade their existing facilities. The project will also have two floors exclusively dedicated to commercial purposes catering to the entire demand of employee working in Infopark.
