The Supreme Court will today decide whether or not to allow Sahara Group head Subrata Roy to stay out of jail. Chief Justice TS Thakur first ordered termination of the parole that was given to Roy in May and was extended several times since. But an intervention by an unwell senior advocate Kapil Sibal led the court to reconsider the order.
