The Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIM-A), on Thursday awarded two of its alumni with the IIMA Alumni Young Achievers’ Award.
The second edition of the award was presented to Abhinay Choudhari, Co-founder, BigBasket.com, and Neeraj Aggarwal, Managing Director, The Boston Consulting Group, India.
The award, given to alumni under the age of 45, recognises outstanding achievements in various areas of management. This award honours alumni who, at a young age, have demonstrated leadership in their respective fields, mentioned Ashish Nanda, Director, IIMA.
Choudhari of the PGP SPA Class of 1997, said, "IIMA provided the right atmosphere and tools to learn the building blocks of an enterprise and the IIMA alumni network provided the right platform to interact and exchange ideas while giving shape to my dream."
Aggarwal is a graduate of the PGP 1999 batch and has been with BCG for the last 17 years. "IIMA truly instilled in me the joy of solving complex problems in the world of business and society," he said.
