The open offer to the shareholders of Xchanging Solutions from CSC Computer Sciences International Operations, along with others, will close on Friday. They plan to mop up 2.785 crore shares and has fixed ₹40.01 a share as the floor price. Earlier in August, the new promoters of the company had launched a delisting offer at a price of ₹39.23 a share. However, their offer failed to evoke adequate response from shareholders. Investors will monitor response to the current offer as well.
