Kotak Mahindra (International) on Tuesday exited fully from South Indian Bank. According to bulk deal data on the BSE, it sold 2.85 crore shares at an average price of ₹21.2. The buyer is Lavender Investments Pvt Ltd, which already holds 3.81 crore shares (2.82 per cent stake of the paid-up capital) in the Kerala-based bank.
Kotak Mahindra (Int’l) is an arm of Kotak Mahindra Bank and is registered with the Financial Services Commission-Mauritius.
