Shares of Power Finance Corporation and Techno Electric & Engineering Company will remain in focus on bonus issues. The board of PFC approved issuing one bonus share for each share held and increasing the authorised share capital of the firm to ₹10,000 crore from ₹2,000 crore. Techno Electric will also reward its shareholders with a 1:1 bonus issue. Investors will await announcement of the record date.
