Open offer to the shareholders of Orosil Smiths India Ltd will begin on Friday and end on September 16. BK Narula HUF and others plan to acquire 16.52 lakh shares of ₹5 each, representing 20 per cent of the paid-up share capital of OSIL at ₹10.65 a share. About 825 individuals own 9.77 per cent stake in the company and among others Religare Finvest holds 2.21 per cent. Response to the issue will be interesting as the stock is quoting at ₹17.25.
