Custodial Services provider Orbis Financial Corporation Ltd, on Friday announced the appointment of Rajesh M Sharma as its Chief Executive Officer and Manoj Agrawal as Chief Operating Officer. Orbis’Founder Atul Gupta will now take up the role of Executive Chairman a statement from the company said. Prior to this, Rajesh M Sharma, was Executive Director at Standard Chartered Bank for Transaction Banking, besides heading the Securities Services & Corporate Agency & Trust for India & South Asia. Earlier, Manoj Agrawal worked with Deutsche Bank.
