Nandan Denim has informed the exchanges that it has received the entire amount of ₹50 crore from Polus Global Fund towards the 25 lakh convertible warrants allotted to them at a conversion price of ₹200 each. The preferential allotment committee of the company will meet on May 14 to allot 25 lakh shares to Polus Global Fund following the exercise of convertible warrants. Shares of Nandan Denim edged down 1.3 per cent at ₹132.7 on the BSE.
