MindTree has informed the exchanges that it has completed the closing conditions and obtained necessary regulatory approvals for the acquisition of the entire ownership interest in Relational Solutions, Inc. The latter is a US-based IT solutions provider specialising in technology services to the consumer goods industry. Earlier in July, the company’s board had approved the acquisition of Relational Solutions for $10 million in an all-cash transaction. Shares of MindTree edged up 3.3 per cent at ₹1,319.80 on the NSE.
