The boards of Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail, Ansal Properties & Infrastructure, Hathway Cable & Datacom, GVK Power & Infrastructure, Indo Rama Synthetics, Lloyd Electric & Engineering, Kanoria Chemicals, Net 4 India, Power Mech Projects, Sadbhav Engineering, Sadbhav Infrastructure and UB (Holdings) will meet on Thursday to consider April-June quarter results. Sadbhav Infra board will also consider issue of NCDs/other debt securities on private placement basis.
