Tata Communications will set up a media hub in Germany with Constantin Medien, a sports, entertainment and event marketing company. The hub will offer content, management, storage and computing services, and target media customers in Germany, Switzerland and Austria, Tata Communications said in an exchange filing. Plazamedia, an affiliate of Constantin Medien, would provide content to the media hub, it added. Shares of Tata Communications were down about a per cent at ₹605.5 on the NSE.
Mold-Tek Technologies will be opening a new branch in Pune, Maharashtra, on Thursday, to further enhance its capacity in mechanical engineering services, the company informed the exchanges. It will start with 25 engineers and expects the capacity to grow in the coming quarters. Shares of Mold-Tek Technologies slumped 4.5 per cent at ₹44.05 on the NSE.
Hindalco Industries’ board, at its meeting slated for Saturday, will consider raising funds through equity or equity-linked instruments. The board will discuss raising funds through fully or partly convertible debentures, among other means, the company said in an exchange filing on Wednesday. The company did not specify the amount of funds it is planning to raise. Shares of Hindalco Industries slipped 3 per cent at ₹162.40 on the NSE.
