Omkar Speciality Chemicals has informed the exchanges that Lasa Laboratory Pvt Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary, has purchased a plot measuring 5,200 sq mt, in the Industrial Zone of Mahad Industrial Area, Birwadi, Raigad, Maharashtra. The plot, which is adjoining its existing properties, will be used to enhance the production capacity of the veterinary API, said the company in the statement. Shares of Omkar Speciality Chemicals closed at ₹163.05, down 2 per cent on the BSE.

Bombay Rayon Fashions has issued 5.6 lakh shares to its lenders at ₹165.88 a share on conversion of funded interest term loan and working capital term loan under corporate debt restructuring, the company said in an exchange filing on Thursday. This is the second tranche of the issuance. The company had allotted 4.668 crore shares to its lenders on Wednesday. Under the corporate debt recast package, the company said it will issue a total of 5.632 crore shares to its lenders. On February 3, the company’s lenders had approved conversion of ₹934 crore worth debt into equity. Shares of Bombay Rayon ended down 3.2 per cent at ₹144 on the NSE.

The board of KRBL on Thursday approved allotment of 2.79 crore equity shares of ₹1 each to the respective shareholders of Radha Raj Ispat Pvt Ltd, part of the promoter group, following amalgamation of the latter with the former. The company has received High Court approval for the proposal. Shares of KRBL slipped 1.66 per cent at ₹286.5 on the BSE.
