Shares of Bharti Airtel will remain in focus, as its board is meeting on Wednesday to consider Q4 and full-year results as well as buyback plans. On Tuesday, the board of Bharti Infratel, the telecom tower arm of Bharti Airtel, approved a buyback of shares from shareholders on proportionate basis. While the buyback offer size is ₹2,000 crore, the company is offering a maximum price of ₹450 a share. Analysts will keep a close watch on Bharti Airtel’s proposal.
