Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone has informed the exchanges that it has raised ₹500 crore on Monday by allotting 5,000 rated, listed, secured, taxable, redeemable, non-convertible debentures of face value ₹10 lakh each on private placement basis. The NCDs will be lised on the wholesale debt market on the BSE. Shares of Adani Ports SEZ closed at ₹229.05, up 4.47 per cent on the NSE.
