As agreed upon between Wintal Machines S.r.l., a second layer subsidiary of Windsor Machines , and Italian authorities, the former has fulfilled all conditions and acquired the business of Italtech S.p.A. on ownership basis by entering into a new agreement with the Italian authorities. Earlier in 2013, Windsor S.r.l had entered into a preliminary transfer of business agreement with Italian authorities under the Italian Bankruptcy Law for leasing the business of Italtech S.p.A. with the aim of buying the Italian firm in a predetermined time period. Shares of Windsor Machines edged down 0.84 per cent at ₹46.95 on the BSE.
