Spot rubber finished weak following the declines in domestic futures on Friday. RSS 4 weakened to ₹142 (₹143) a kg, according to traders. The grade dropped to ₹142.50 (₹143) and ₹139.50 (₹140) respectively, according to the Rubber Board and the dealers. July futures declined to ₹141.81 (₹144.29), August to ₹137.40 (₹140.01) and September to ₹130.25 (₹133.72) on the National Multi Commodity Exchange. RSS 3 (spot) slid to ₹118.73 (₹119.75) at Bangkok. July futures improved marginally to ¥168 (₹110.31) on the Tokyo Commodity Exchange. Spot rubber rates (₹/kg): RSS-4: 142 (143); RSS-5: 138 (139); Ungraded: 115 (120); ISNR 20: 121 (121.50) and Latex (60% drc): 100 (100).
