Edible oils market ruled mixed tracking weak futures amid slack demand. On the BCE, spot rates for imported palm oil and soya oil declined by ₹2 and ₹5 per 10 kg each. Cotton oil increased by ₹2. Groundnut, sunflower and rapeseed oil ruled steady. Sources said due to bearish overseas reports stockists kept buying limited. Liberty’s rates: palmolein ₹645, super palmolein ₹666 and soyabean refined oil ₹720. Ruchi traded sunflower oil at ₹705. At Rajkot, groundnut oil telia tin dropped to ₹1,500 (1,520) and loose (10 kg) to ₹950 (965).
