Edible oils market ruled firm on Friday on back of higher demand at steady prices and bullish futures. On the BCE, barring groundnut and rapeseed oil which gained by ₹10 and ₹5 per 10 kg each, all other edible oils were unchanged. Vikram global commodities traded Malaysian super palmolein at ₹540. Liberty traded palmolein at ₹515, super palmolein ₹541, soyabean refined oil ₹625. Ruchi’s rates: palmolein ₹512, soyabean refined ₹620 and sunflower refined oil ₹745. Allana was quoting palmolein for ₹525, soya refined oil ₹630 and sunflower oil ₹755. In Saurashtra/Rajkot, groundnut oil telia tin was at ₹1,450 (1,460) and loose (10 kg) at ₹920 (925).
