Subhash Chandra has stepped down from the post of Director and non-executive Chairman of Zee Media.
In a BSE filing, Zee Media announced that its board meeting held on May 24 took on record the resignation of Subhash Chandra as Director and non-executive Chairman of the company with effect from 24 May.
R. K. Arora has been appointed as the CEO of the company with immediate effect.
