IL& FS Engineering and Construction Company Limited has informed that Managing Director Murli Dhar Khattar has conveyed his intention to resign from the company with effect from October 6. He will also step down as member of the board.
The company in a statement to BSE informed that Khattar emailed his message expressing his intent to resign on October 1, 2016.
The board of directors of the company at its meeting scheduled on October 6, 2016 will consider the proposal for appointment of a new managing director in his place.
