FMCG firm Himalaya Drug Co plans to scale up its online business. “We started selling our products on the e-commerce portals including Snapdeal and Flipkart last year and sales through this channel saw a 123 per cent jump,” said Ganesh Ramaswamy, Senior Manager, Digital Wing at Himalaya.

“Our online sales are growing at 70 per cent per year, and we expect it to touch ₹100 crore by 2018.” At present, online sales are just 1 per cent of the total.
