Emami Ltd has decided to renew terms of RS Agarwal as Executive Chairman and that of RS Goenka as Wholetime Director of the company.
They will be "reappointed" for a period from November 8, 2017 to March 31, 2022.
The appointments will be subject to shareholders' approvals.
Agarwal is currently the Executive Chairman of the company and Goenka a Wholetime Director.
"RS Agarwal, Executive Chairman of the company has been re-appointed as an Executive Chairman w.e.f April 01, 2017 to March 31, 2022 and RS Goenka, Wholetime Director of the Company has been reappointed as Whole time Director w.e.f November 08, 2017 to March 31, 2022 subject to approval of the shareholders in the next General meeting of the company," the company said in a notification to the bourses.
